Effective 10 October 2026

Wyllow is made by Raygun Design, LLC. The short version: Wyllow doesn't collect your data. There's no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. What you put into Wyllow stays on your devices and in your own iCloud storage, and we have no access to it. The only things we hold are your email address, if you sign up for email updates on this website, and any feedback you choose to send us.

What Wyllow stores, and where

Wyllow keeps your plans, what you've ticked off, the flags and notes you log, your conditions, your exercise library changes and your settings. They're stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your private iCloud database so your iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch stay in sync. That database belongs to your Apple Account; Raygun Design, LLC can't read it. Wyllow also saves a single "has used Wyllow" marker in your iCloud key-value storage, so a reinstall waits for your data instead of starting over.

Apple Health

Wyllow only uses Health with your permission, which you can change at any time in the Health app. When allowed, it:

  • reads workouts you've recorded, to offer to tick off cardio and avoid saving duplicates;
  • reads your most recent body weight, only to estimate calories when you choose to include them;
  • saves workouts you record on Apple Watch or choose to save from iPhone, with active energy if you include calories;
  • reads your heart rate during a workout on Apple Watch.

Health data is used only for these features. Wyllow doesn't copy it into its own iCloud data, doesn't send it anywhere else, and never uses it for advertising.

Apple Watch, notifications and calendar

Your iPhone and Apple Watch exchange today's plan and your ticks directly through Apple's watch connection. The evening reminder is scheduled on your iPhone. When you add a day to your calendar, iOS shows its own event editor; Wyllow can't read your calendar.

Purchase

Wyllow is a one-time purchase through the App Store, with no subscription or in-app purchases. Apple handles the payment; Raygun Design, LLC never sees your payment details.

Exporting and deleting

You can export your data as a JSON file from Settings; where that file goes is up to you. To delete everything, delete Wyllow from your devices and remove its data in Settings → your name → iCloud → Storage → Wyllow.

Email updates

If you sign up for updates on wyllow.fitness, we keep your email address, when you signed up and confirmed, and whether you're subscribed. We use it only to email you about Wyllow: launches, TestFlight builds and new features. We don't sell or share it, and we don't track whether you open our emails or click their links.

Signing up is double opt-in: we send one email asking you to confirm, and nothing else is sent unless you do. Every email has an unsubscribe link and supports one-click unsubscribe in your mail app. From the same page you can download or delete everything we hold about you, or email [email protected] and we'll do it for you.

The list runs on Listmonk on a server Raygun Design, LLC operates at Hetzner in the United States. Emails are delivered by Mailgun, which processes your address only to send them. Your address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Feedback

The feedback form on wyllow.fitness sends us what you write, the kind of feedback you chose and, if you give it, your email address so we can reply. When you open the form from the app, it also sends Wyllow's version and build, your device model and iOS version, so we can track down bugs; nothing else from the app is included. It arrives as an email to [email protected], delivered by Mailgun, and we keep it in that inbox for as long as it's useful. Your address isn't added to the mailing list. To have your feedback deleted, email [email protected].

Children

Wyllow isn't intended for children under 13.

This website

wyllow.fitness doesn't use cookies, analytics or trackers. The signup form sends only the email address you enter, and the feedback form only what's described above. Like most web servers, ours may keep standard access logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

Changes and contact

If this statement changes, we'll update it here with a new effective date. Questions? Email [email protected].
